Why do we plan lessons?
Why is it important to plan a class? It’s merely appropriate that teachers follow lesson plans. The lesson plan helps you avoid simultaneous issues during class, so you can focus on what students need and you do not lose time finding tasks or activities that fulfill what you do not have at that specific moment in class because of no planning ahead. Most of the times when teachers improvise, the chosen materials or tasks are not appropriate, and then if you design a lesson plan it is good lesson design which begins with a review of previously learned material.
